An international firm with a well-established global presence is seeking a junior to mid-level Litigation Associate to join its growing Amsterdam team. The Dutch practice is ambitious and entrepreneurial, offering the energy of a start-up backed by the resources of a powerhouse global firm.

You will work on high-profile, complex and often cross-border disputes for leading multinational companies, financial institutions and private equity clients. Your caseload will span a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, post-acquisition and shareholder disputes, regulatory and enforcement matters, and other strategically significant contentious issues.

Working as part of an international team, you will be responsible for drafting pleadings and legal advice, managing case strategy, liaising with clients and external stakeholders, and supporting advocacy before the Dutch courts and arbitral tribunals.

Dutch-qualified lawyer with 1–6 years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution or arbitration
Strong understanding of Dutch civil procedure
Ability to work effectively on complex cross-border matters in a fast-paced international environment
Fluency in Dutch and English essential
Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical and drafting skills
Experience gained at a leading law firm
