We are seeking a talented Associate to join our dynamic Dispute Resolution team in Amsterdam, focusing on commercial litigation with an emphasis on M&A disputes. You will work closely with a partner on strategic, high-profile matters, taking the lead on day-to-day conduct and maintaining regular client contact. This role offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to supervise and support junior lawyers.

You will advise domestic and international clients on complex legal issues, often involving accounting and financial reporting aspects, and collaborate with colleagues across Corporate/M&A and Insolvency. Our team handles matters before the Enterprise Chamber, civil courts, and arbitral tribunals, providing a stimulating and varied practice.
