Join a global, multidisciplinary IP team handling complex, cross-border patent disputes. The role sits in a busy Amsterdam practice that litigates before national courts, the European Patent Office and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

You will work on technical, high-value matters across life sciences, chemistry and high-tech, collaborating in international teams and appearing at hearings domestically and abroad. The team offers structured training and clear progression within an international platform.

3–8 years' post-qualification experience in patent law, with litigation experience
Practical experience or familiarity with proceedings before national courts, the EPO and/or UPC
Strong affinity with technology and innovation (life sciences, chemistry, high-tech advantageous)
Ability to analyse complex legal and technical issues and produce pragmatic, commercially aware advice
Fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written); effective communicator in international teams
Organised, accurate, proactive and able to work independently on complex matters
