Join our Employment & Incentives team in Amsterdam, advising on a wide range of employment law matters for domestic and international clients. You'll work on advisory, transactional, and contentious matters, with exposure to cross-border projects and key sectors including technology, life sciences, financial services, and energy.

Netherlands-qualified lawyer with approximately 3–6 years of employment law experience, ideally in a well-regarded law firm.
Strong legal advisory skills with proven ability to handle employment matters across advisory, transactional, and contentious contexts.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication in both Dutch and English.
Client-centric approach with genuine enthusiasm for building and maintaining relationships.
Experience in an international environment is attractive but not essential.
