Seeking an experienced attorney to join a Client & Innovation team as AI Utilization Counsel. This role will support responsible adoption and practical use of generative AI across practice groups, translating AI strategy into day-to-day workflows, playbooks, and measurable value for lawyers and clients.

The position partners with practice leaders, knowledge, IT, professional development, and compliance to design training, pilot AI-enabled workflows, embed AI into templates and matter processes, and reinforce firm policies on confidentiality and professional responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with legal generative AI tools, strong training and change-management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functionally to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed attorney with demonstrated, hands-on experience using legal generative AI tools (research, drafting, contract analysis, litigation support, or due diligence).
Experience in innovation, knowledge management, legal operations, practice management, or a similar role in a law firm, legal department, or legal services provider.
Strong communication, presentation, and training skills with experience coaching lawyers and legal professionals.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments, influence without formal authority, and translate technical AI concepts into practical guidance for busy practitioners.
