Apply in confidence →Seeking an attorney to sit at the intersection of real estate practice, knowledge management, and legal technology. The role supports transactional real estate lawyers by designing, prototyping, and scaling AI-assisted tools, document automation, and technology-enabled workflows that improve efficiency and consistency across offices in the United States.
The position works cross-functionally with practice teams, IT, research, and practice group operations to translate emerging technology into practical, user-centered solutions, maintain and rationalize precedents and templates, and produce playbooks and reference materials that support both lawyers and AI systems.
Location flexible across U.S. offices; preference may be given to certain major offices. This is a practice-facing role focused on tooling, training, and continuous improvement rather than external client origination.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate transactional practice (other transactional backgrounds considered).
- Demonstrated interest and experience with AI, automation, or legal technology; hands-on prototyping or tool development experience highly valued.
- Strong written and verbal communication, training ability, and experience working cross-functionally with attorneys and technologists.
- Track record of translating substantive legal expertise into templates, playbooks, or technology-enabled workflows; discretion handling confidential information.
