Join a national litigation team as an alternative-track associate working on products liability and toxic torts matters. Positions are open in Los Angeles or Orange County, California; this is a non-partnership track role with an annual billable-hour expectation of 1,850 hours.

The team handles high-volume litigation in California state courts. Successful candidates will be confident managing discovery, taking depositions, drafting motions and briefs, and coordinating with litigation teams. Product liability or toxic tort experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation is commensurate with experience; the advertised California salary range for this role is $170,000 to $225,000. The firm offers a full benefits package and an at-will employment arrangement.

Member in good standing of the California State Bar
Approximately 3–5 years of litigation experience (high-volume litigation preferred)
Practical experience with discovery, taking depositions, and motion practice
Familiarity with California state court procedures and strong research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to meet a billable-hours expectation (1,850 hours/year)
