Antitrust Associate — Antitrust & Competition — Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm is seeking an associate to join its Antitrust & Competition team in the Washington, D.C. office. The role will involve representing clients in federal and state antitrust matters, including investigations, civil and class-action litigation, counseling, and merger review and clearance.

The team handles matters before the DOJ and FTC and works on HSR filings, state attorney general inquiries, and contested litigation. The office emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and a hybrid work approach that balances in-person teamwork with flexibility.

• 2–4 years of relevant antitrust experience (investigations, litigation, and/or M&A/merger clearance)
• Experience with DOJ or FTC matters strongly preferred; familiarity with HSR filings, state AG investigations, depositions, or oral argument is a plus
• Excellent academic record and strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Active membership in the Washington, D.C. bar
