Top-tier antitrust team is seeking a mid/senior associate to support HSR compliance and merger clearance work from its Washington, DC office. The role focuses on counseling clients on premerger notification obligations, preparing and filing HSR forms, and advising on competitive overlaps and transactional risk.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with M&A deal teams, conducting antitrust due diligence, assisting with integration planning, and supporting responses to Access Letters and Second Requests. The team works closely with internal and external counsel on complex transactional matters.

Minimum ~4 years' post-qualification experience with U.S. antitrust clearance work (Hart-Scott-Rodino experience required).
Demonstrated experience preparing HSR filings and advising on pre-merger notification strategy.
Comfort working with M&A deal teams, conducting antitrust due diligence, and assisting with Access Letter/Second Request responses.
Admission (or eligibility) to the bar in the jurisdiction where the candidate will be based; strong written and client-facing skills.
