Apply in confidence →Join a large, global antitrust and competition practice as a junior to mid-level associate. The team handles a broad mix of merger clearance matters, antitrust litigation, cartel and conduct investigations, and counseling for multinational clients.
The role involves advising on HSR filings and merger control, representing clients before U.S. enforcement agencies (DOJ, FTC), and supporting cross-border matters with international colleagues. Candidates will work in fast-paced matter teams and should be comfortable with both investigative and transactional antitrust work.
Applications should include a cover letter, resume, law school transcripts and a writing sample. Candidates must be admitted to — or eligible to waive into — the Washington, DC bar.
- 2–5 years' antitrust experience in private practice or government
- Experience with merger control and HSR process preferred
- Familiarity with antitrust litigation, cartel defense or investigations
- Strong advocacy, analytical and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively on global, culturally diverse teams
- Admission to the Washington, DC bar or eligibility to waive in
