Transactional Antitrust Associate — Antitrust & Competition

Growth role in a nationally-recognized antitrust & competition practice. Candidates may be based in New York or Washington, D.C.; the team handles transactional antitrust matters, merger clearance, and government investigations.

Work will include counseling clients on transactional antitrust risk and compliance, managing merger filings and Second Request responses, and representing clients before antitrust enforcement authorities.

• Experience in antitrust and competition law, including government merger enforcement and Second Requests
• Experience with government antitrust investigations and representation before enforcement agencies (DOJ, FTC, state Attorneys General)
• Transactional counseling experience addressing antitrust risk and compliance
• Admission (or eligibility) to the bar in the jurisdiction of employment
