Work will include counseling clients on transactional antitrust risk and compliance, managing merger filings and Second Request responses, and representing clients before antitrust enforcement authorities.

- Experience in antitrust and competition law, including government merger enforcement and Second Requests
- Experience with government antitrust investigations and representation before enforcement agencies (DOJ, FTC, state Attorneys General)
- Transactional counseling experience addressing antitrust risk and compliance
- Admission (or eligibility) to the bar in the jurisdiction of employment
