An Am Law 100 firm is seeking a talented and motivated mid-level associate to join its growing Antitrust & Competition practice in Washington, DC.

The team advises clients navigating the complex landscape of federal and state antitrust laws and regulations, representing businesses across a broad range of industries in high-stakes litigation, government investigations, compliance matters, merger reviews, and strategic business counseling.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a variety of antitrust and competition matters, including litigation, regulatory counseling, government investigations, merger review, and compliance issues. Experience with matters involving price-fixing, bid-rigging, monopolization, exclusionary practices, supply restrictions, market allocation, and other competition-related issues is preferred.

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in Washington, DC, or eligibility to waive in
2–7 years of antitrust and competition law experience
Excellent academic credentials with strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
Experience handling antitrust litigation, counseling, investigations, and/or merger review matters
Judicial clerkship experience and experience interacting with federal agencies are a plus
