The role involves advising on U.S. antitrust laws across complex matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, unilateral conduct, private litigation, and counseling.

Successful candidates will work on high‑profile, policy‑sensitive matters alongside experienced antitrust practitioners and regulators. The team values clear written and oral advocacy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client relationships and multi‑party matters.

At least 3 years of antitrust experience at a nationally recognized law firm or a federal government agency
Merger clearance experience preferred
Excellent academic credentials
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated
