Antitrust Associate Attorney — Antitrust & Competition

Experienced antitrust associate role in a national practice with openings across multiple U.S. offices. The role supports complex antitrust and competition litigation matters, working on discovery, depositions, motion practice, and coordination with expert witnesses.

Teams handle matters across government and private-sector contexts; the position offers exposure to day-to-day case management and opportunities to supervise junior associates. Multiple U.S. office locations are recruiting for this role.

• 2–5 years of antitrust litigation experience at a law firm or relevant government role
• Experience drafting discovery, taking/defending depositions, and drafting complex briefs; familiarity working with experts
• Admission to the state bar for the office applied to or eligibility for admission by waiver
• Strong academic credentials, excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills; judicial clerkship experience encouraged
