Financial Services Litigation Associate — Midlevel

Midlevel associate opportunity on a financial services litigation team, open to candidates in New York or San Francisco. The role involves substantive litigation and arbitration work for financial institutions and fintech clients.

You will handle drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, supporting depositions and hearings, and advising clients on dispute strategy while working closely with senior litigators.

The position offers immediate responsibility on active matters, direct client exposure, and cross-practice collaboration within an expanding litigation group.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in securities and/or financial services litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience managing day-to-day litigation tasks and working directly with clients
• Admission to the New York or California bar (depending on office)
• Government agency experience a plus
