Well-established litigation team in New York is seeking a 4th–5th year associate to handle commercial litigation matters in state court. The role involves active casework across discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, court appearances, and day-to-day case management within a busy, client-focused practice group.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative group that emphasizes high-quality advocacy, professional development, and growing a litigation practice. The team handles complex commercial disputes and expects strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

4–5 years of litigation experience (New York civil litigation preferred)
Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
Practical experience conducting discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and making court appearances
Working knowledge of the New York CPLR
Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy, organizational and matter-management skills
