Mid-Level Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions

Our New York office is seeking a stellar mid-level associate to join our Mergers & Acquisitions practice. The role focuses on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and joint ventures, with work for private equity funds and financial institutions.

• Lead on due diligence and draft ancillary agreements
• Draft primary deal documents and interface directly with clients
• Handle all other aspects of transactions as needed

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of M&A experience, be admitted to the New York Bar, and possess excellent credentials.
