Mid-Level Associate — IP Litigation

Leading international law firm seeks mid-level associates to join its Intellectual Property Litigation team. Roles are open across multiple U.S. offices, including New York, Washington, D.C., and the Bay Area.

Ideal candidates will have strong patent litigation experience (including pretrial and discovery work), excellent academic credentials, and a technical background such as engineering, computer science, or physics. Candidates should be admitted (or eligible) to the New York, D.C., or California bar.

• 3–5 years of patent litigation experience (mid-level associate)
• Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or similar technical field
• Admission or eligibility for admission to the New York, D.C., or California bar
• Demonstrated strength in briefing, discovery, claim construction, and motion practice
