Private Equity M&A – Junior Associate

Seeking a highly qualified 2025 JD graduate (or current class of 2025 associate) to join our Private Equity group in New York.

This role focuses on private M&A and growth equity transactions. Candidates should bring:

• Some experience or demonstrated interest in private M&A and growth equity, with a basic understanding of the due diligence process, ancillary workstreams, and managing signing/closing mechanics.
• Strong judgment, proactive communication, and the ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively—both with clients and opposing counsel.
• Outstanding academic credentials, comparable large-firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and a deal sheet are required.

• JD from a top law school, class of 2025.
• Some transactional experience or strong interest in private equity and M&A.
• Understanding of due diligence and ancillary deal workstreams.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and client-management skills.
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable large-firm experience.
• Bar admission in New York (or eligibility to obtain promptly).
• Deal sheet required.
