Seeking antitrust associates to join a national Antitrust & Competition practice with openings in New York or Washington, D.C. The team handles high‑profile transactional and enforcement matters for corporate clients and in government investigations.

Ideal candidates will have law firm and/or government (DOJ Antitrust Division or FTC Bureau of Competition) experience and will work closely with partners and senior counsel across offices on investigations, merger reviews, and litigation support.

J.D. and active bar admission (or eligibility) in the U.S.
Relevant experience in antitrust and competition law at a law firm and/or DOJ/FTC.
Class years approximately 2018–2023 or equivalent experience; Special Counsel candidates considered.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills; collaborative team orientation.
