Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established antitrust and competition practice in Century City. The role will involve leading complex merger-review matters, agency counseling, and litigation/defense work across industries, and managing client relationships and deal teams.

The team looks for a senior lawyer with an existing practice who can bring client relationships and help grow the West Coast platform. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and leadership within a collaborative national practice.

Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, including merger filings and enforcement matters
Established client relationships and a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability
Track record of leading teams and managing complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience working with competition regulators
Active bar admission and ability to work in the specified U.S. office
