Partner, Corporate (M&A & Transactional) — Century City

Senior corporate partner opportunity in Century City for an experienced transactional lawyer to join a full-service US practice. The role focuses on M&A, general corporate transactions and corporate governance work for a diverse client base.

The team handles mid- to large-market deals and regular governance matters; the firm is seeking a partner who will lead deal teams, manage client relationships and help drive growth in the Los Angeles market.

Portable practice or demonstrated business development capability is welcome and the role includes leadership and mentoring responsibilities within the corporate group.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A, corporate transactions and corporate governance
• Strong track record of originating and managing client engagements; portable practice or clear business development pipeline preferred
• Experienced team leader with mentoring and matter-management skills
• Bar admission in relevant US jurisdiction and capacity to work from Century City office
