Leading national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Century City finance team. The role focuses on leveraged and structured finance transactions across commercial lending, acquisition finance and bespoke structured products.

The successful candidate will lead complex matters, manage deal teams and develop client relationships in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable business-development track record in leveraged/structured finance is preferred.

Established partner with extensive experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
Proven track record leading deals and supervising teams
Portable client relationships or clear ability to originate and develop business
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) (California preferred)
