Lateral Partner — Litigation & Technology, Century City

Seeking a partner to build and lead litigation work within a large technology practice based in Century City. The role will focus on complex commercial and class action litigation with a significant emphasis on privacy, data protection, and technology-related disputes.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling national and cross-border matters, develop client relationships, and help grow the practice in the region. This is a partner-level role with firm-wide practice integration and business-development expectations.

• Established partner with significant commercial and class action litigation experience
• Proven experience on privacy & data protection and technology-related disputes
• Track record of client origination and business development
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admitted to practice in relevant US jurisdictions and able to handle federal and state litigation
