Leading national law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in the Century City area. The role focuses on credit and lending matters, with an emphasis on private credit and related financing work.

The team advises borrowers and lenders on a range of commercial finance transactions. The successful candidate will join a collaborative practice with national reach and a client-focused platform.

This is an opportunity for a partner with an established lending practice and portable client relationships to expand an existing book within a well-resourced finance team.

Established partner with significant finance/banking experience, including private credit and syndicated lending.
Proven ability to bring or grow portable client relationships and originate business.
Strong transactional skills and experience managing complex credit deals.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction.
