Partner, Corporate (M&A / Transactional) — Century City

Senior partner-level opening to lead and expand a corporate transactional practice in the Century City office. The role focuses on complex M&A and other corporate transactions, advising strategic and private equity clients across the deal lifecycle.

The successful candidate will run client relationships, supervise deal teams and work closely with other offices on cross-border and domestic matters. There is an expectation of contributing to business development and bringing a portable practice commensurate with a partner role.

• Proven partner-level experience handling M&A and high-value corporate transactions
• Established, portable client relationships or demonstrable business development record
• Strong leadership and deal-management skills; experience supervising teams and coordinating cross-office work
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligible for admission
