Established international law firm is seeking an experienced corporate partner for its Century City office. The role focuses on leading M&A and complex transactional matters, originating and executing cross-border and domestic deals, and advising strategic corporate clients.

The successful candidate will lead deal teams, drive business development efforts, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a high-visibility role for a partner able to grow and manage a substantial client portfolio within an active corporate practice.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions
• Track record of originating and managing complex deals; strong client relationships
• Demonstrated leadership and team-management skills; ability to mentor associates
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (California preferred)
• Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
