Senior lateral partner opportunity to join a major US law firm’s antitrust and competition practice in Chicago. The role is for an experienced partner to lead matters across merger control, cartel and civil antitrust litigation, and regulatory counseling for corporate clients.

The team handles complex domestic matters and coordinates with colleagues nationally. The firm is seeking a partner who can both advise on high-stakes enforcement and transactional matters and contribute to practice development.

Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law (merger control, cartel defense, civil antitrust and regulatory matters)
Proven track record of leading client engagements and managing litigation or regulatory teams
Demonstrable business-development ability; a portable practice or client relationships welcomed
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or ability to qualify promptly
