An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in Chicago. The role will involve leading high‑stakes antitrust work across merger review, cartel and civil litigation, and behavioral and enforcement matters for a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, national practice group and will have the opportunity to develop and grow a portable practice. This is a visible role with client-facing responsibility and involvement in business development and team leadership.

Established partner-level antitrust practitioner with a demonstrable track record in merger control, cartel investigations, or complex civil antitrust litigation.
Admissions and standing to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (Illinois preferred).
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships and grow a portable practice.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams and cross‑office matters.
