Antitrust & Competition Partner — Los Angeles

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in the Los Angeles office. The role will involve leading complex merger control matters, cartel and conduct investigations, and counseling clients on competition compliance across regulated industries.

The position offers client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to build and mentor a team while working on cross‑jurisdictional matters with domestic and international colleagues. The team handles both transactional and litigation-oriented antitrust work.

• Experienced antitrust lawyer with a proven partner-level track record in merger control, investigations, and complex civil antitrust matters.
• Admission to practice in California (or ability to obtain) and strong courtroom or regulatory experience.
• Proven client development skills; portable practice or book of business is welcome.
• Ability to collaborate across practices on transactional and enforcement matters and to mentor junior lawyers.
