Senior lateral partner opportunity in Austin for an experienced antitrust litigator to join a large national firm’s Antitrust & Competition and Litigation practices. The role focuses on leading high‑stakes antitrust disputes, counseling corporations on competition issues, and managing trial and appellate work across industries.

The firm is seeking a partner who will both litigate and originate matters, mentor associates, and play a visible role in expanding the practice regionally. This is a front‑office, rainmaking position with responsibility for managing teams on complex, bet‑the‑company matters.

10+ years of antitrust litigation experience at a major law firm or government enforcement practice
Proven track record handling complex civil antitrust matters (litigation and/or investigations)
Demonstrated client development and business origination ability; portable practice expected
Experience leading trial teams, briefing dispositive motions, and managing appeals
Strong leadership, mentoring, and practice-management skills; active bar admission
