Opportunity for a partner-level antitrust litigator to join a national firm’s Orange County office. The role focuses on bet-the-company antitrust and competition litigation, representing corporate defendants and plaintiffs in complex civil matters.

The firm is seeking a seasoned trial lawyer with a track record in high-stakes motions, discovery disputes, and courtroom advocacy. This is a partner hire; candidates with an established, portable practice are strongly preferred.

10+ years of antitrust litigation experience at a major law firm or in-house litigation team
Proven trial and motion practice, strong courtroom and deposition experience
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Bar admission in California (or eligible) and ability to practice in Orange County
Excellent written and oral advocacy; experience with complex discovery and antitrust pleading standards
