Asbestos Litigation Attorney — Mass Tort & Product Liability

National law firm is seeking an Asbestos Litigation Attorney to join its Mass Torts/Product Liability team in a virtual capacity. The role will focus on asbestos-specific litigation within the firm's Complex Torts practice, handling cases through all litigation stages.

Ideal candidates will have strong litigation experience, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple matters and courtroom responsibilities. This is a remote-eligible role for candidates based in South Carolina and requires an active bar license.

• Minimum 2 years of asbestos-specific litigation experience (handling depositions, drafting briefs, court appearances)
• Active bar membership and residency in South Carolina
• Proven litigation skills, strong writing and oral advocacy, and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills
