Civil Litigation Associate — Product Liability, Minneapolis

Senior associate-level opportunity in a national litigation team focused on mass tort and product liability matters. The role sits in the Minneapolis office and involves handling complex civil litigation across all phases of case development.

Day-to-day responsibilities include factual investigation, managing discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, and independently managing cases while coordinating with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice group. • 5–8 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in mass tort or product liability
• Active Minnesota bar license or commitment to obtain promptly
• Experience managing discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and taking/defending depositions
• Proven ability to manage cases autonomously, strong judgment, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
