Senior associate role within a national asset finance practice, focused on delivering complex asset finance and leasing transactions for banks, alternative funders and corporate borrowers. You will advise on domestic and cross-border matters across a broad range of asset types.

Work will cover finance and operating leasing, receivables and debt finance, vendor finance, buying and selling lease books and related structuring. The role involves regular collaboration with specialists across offices and practice groups and exposure to sectors such as transport, energy and aviation.

Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in asset finance.
Experience advising both lenders and borrower/lessee clients on leasing, receivables, vendor and debt finance.
Comfortable on complex, cross‑office and international transactions across asset types (eg. aviation, rolling stock, marine, commercial vehicles, energy and IT equipment).
Strong commercial judgement, client relationship skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other practice teams.
Proactive about business development and committed to continuous technical and professional development.
