National Banking & Finance team seeking a 4–7 PQE associate or senior associate to join a busy practice covering general banking, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending. The role is open to candidates based in any of the firm's UK offices, with the team handling matters for UK financial institutions, specialist lenders and corporate borrowers across domestic and international transactions.

The team offers exposure to a wide range of facilities and debt structures (including unitranche and mezzanine), strong private equity and real estate finance work, and a mix of lender and borrower-side instructions. The role supports hybrid working and emphasizes coaching, technical development and business‑development participation.

Qualified to practice in England & Wales (or equivalent)
4–7 years post-qualification experience in banking & finance
Strong drafting experience (facility agreements, LMA-style documentation, credit agreements) and negotiation skills
Client-facing confidence, excellent interpersonal skills and commercial judgement
Team player with attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and interest in business development
