Join a market-leading, sector-focused Banking & Finance team advising on a wide range of UK and international mid‑market financing transactions, including acquisition finance, corporate lending, asset/receivables finance, project finance, derivatives and debt capital markets. The team works across sectors such as renewable energy, infrastructure, housing, financial services, private equity and healthcare, and handles both performing and distressed lending.

This is a non-contentious, partner‑led role where you will run mid‑ to high‑value matters, draft and negotiate facility, security, intercreditor and ancillary documentation, and manage cross‑border instructions and overseas counsel. The team offers early client exposure, structured training, and strong business‑development support, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualified solicitor with 3–10 years PQE in banking & finance.
Proven experience drafting and negotiating loan facilities, security packages, intercreditor and ancillary documents; exposure to acquisition finance, asset/receivables and project finance preferred.
Comfort running transactions with limited partner supervision and managing overseas counsel on cross‑border matters.
Strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and interpersonal skills, and demonstrable business‑development capability.
