Experienced technology lawyer sought to join a market-leading TMT team advising on financial market data licensing, data commercialisation and strategic technology transactions. The role is open across multiple UK offices and is suited to candidates with c.5-10 years' post-qualification experience.

You will handle the full lifecycle of data-related deals: drafting and negotiating market data licences, complex technology and commercial agreements, and advising on AI- and machine-learning-enabled projects. Work will include multi-stakeholder negotiations involving banks, exchanges, data vendors and technology providers.

The role involves close collaboration with IP, regulatory and corporate colleagues, supervision of junior lawyers, and contribution to business development as the practice grows.

5-10 years PQE (England & Wales qualified preferred)
Proven experience advising on financial market data licensing or closely related data commercialisation work
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for technology, commercial and IP-related contracts
Experience supporting AI/data-enabled projects and multi-stakeholder negotiations
Ability to supervise junior lawyers, manage client relationships and support business development
