Senior Associate, Finance & Banking — Manchester

Join a national banking & finance team as a Senior Associate focused on leveraged finance and corporate lending. The role offers varied transactional work across leveraged finance, sponsor-led and growth lending/venture debt matters, and responsibility for drafting and negotiating facilities and security documentation (LMA and non-LMA forms).

You will work on the full transaction lifecycle — including intercreditor arrangements, portfolio in-life matters (waivers, resets, restatements and bolt‑ons) — and collaborate closely with corporate and restructuring colleagues. This is an opportunity to take matter responsibility, contribute to developing the local team and participate in client development initiatives.

• 3–6 years PQE in banking/leveraged finance.
• Solid leveraged finance experience, including cashflow/general corporate lending.
• Experience drafting and negotiating facilities agreements, security documentation and intercreditor arrangements (LMA and non‑LMA exposure desirable).
• Comfortable advising lenders, borrowers, intermediaries or investors across the full transaction lifecycle; proactive and commercially minded.
