Join a well-established UK banking & finance team in Manchester advising banks, alternative lenders and corporate borrowers on acquisition finance, property finance, asset-based lending, restructurings and refinancings. The role involves leading and supporting transactions, drafting and negotiating facility agreements (bilateral and syndicated) and other key documentation.

The post holder will handle client meetings, project-manage deals, supervise junior lawyers and coordinate with overseas colleagues. There is scope to contribute to business development activity across the North West and wider regional markets.

Qualified solicitor with solid knowledge of banking and finance law.
Proven drafting and negotiation experience on facility agreements and security packages.
Strong project-management skills and experience supervising junior fee-earners.
Commercial mindset, excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex transactions.
Good IT skills and familiarity with online legal research/tools.
