Apply in confidence →Join a national banking and finance team in Manchester as an Associate (1-4 PQE). This role offers exposure to a broad mix of corporate lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance transactions and the chance to work on regional, national and international matters.
You will support senior lawyers on complex financing deals, draft and negotiate principal finance documents, and help drive transaction management while developing client relationships and business development experience within a collaborative team.
- 1-4 years post-qualification experience in banking/finance
- Experience across corporate lending, leveraged finance and/or real estate finance
- Strong technical drafting skills and experience negotiating finance documentation
- Commercial awareness, transaction management ability and a collaborative team approach
