Leading international law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its asset finance practice in Paris, with a particular focus on shipping and transport-related financings. The role will involve advising on complex vessel and aircraft financings, structured asset deals and cross-border transactions, working closely with an established international team.

The successful candidate will have a track record of leading matters, developing client relationships and collaborating across jurisdictions. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in asset/ship finance are welcomed.

Proven partner-level experience in asset finance, ideally with shipping/transport exposure.
Strong technical knowledge of vessel/aircraft finance structures and security arrangements.
Ability to originate and maintain client relationships; experience managing teams on cross-border matters.
Fluency in French and English and qualified to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
