Leading Paris practice seeks a lateral partner to join a senior team advising on banking & finance, corporate transactions and regulatory matters. The role involves cross-border work and frequently interfaces with regulatory, trade and dispute-resolution mandates.

Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; a portable practice is required.
Experience with regulatory, trade or arbitration-related aspects of financings or deals.
