Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Paris real estate finance and regulatory practice. The role focuses on complex real estate financing, banking-linked transactions and regulatory matters across the French market, working with domestic and cross-border clients.

The partner will lead deal execution, advise on regulatory constraints affecting financing structures, and collaborate with bankers, sponsors and fund teams. The position sits in the firm’s Paris office within an established finance and real estate group.

We are looking for a commercially-minded partner with an established, portable practice who can originate and develop client mandates and help grow the team’s presence in France.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate finance and banking transactions in France.
Strong knowledge of regulatory issues affecting real estate finance and fund-related matters.
Track record of leading complex cross-border financings and advising lenders, sponsors or funds.
Established, portable client base and ability to generate new business.
Fluent in French and comfortable working on international matters.
