Senior partner opportunity to lead a Strategic M&A practice in Paris for a top-tier international firm. The role focuses on complex domestic and cross-border M&A, acting for corporates and sponsors across strategic sectors, and advising on high-value transactions.

Ideal for an industry-recognised practitioner with an established client base and proven track record of leading teams and originating work. The role offers responsibility for client relationship management, deal execution, and business development in the Paris market.

• Established partner-level experience in Mergers & Acquisitions with a record of leading complex transactions
• Strong market recognition and demonstrable business development ability
• Proven experience managing and mentoring deal teams on cross-border matters
• Admitted or able to practise in France (or equivalent EU qualifications)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
