This is an exploratory market mapping exercise, not a live mandate with a confirmed office opening. The firm is conducting a broad search to identify the strongest and most relevant M&A partners in the Paris market who might be open to discussing a move and potentially leading a new office build-out.

Ideal candidates will have a strong reputation and leadership experience, including recognition by Chambers and Partners or similar directories, prior roles as practice heads or office managing partners, and a book of business that can support a new platform.

• Seniority: Partner level only — no junior partners, no counsel, and no solo practitioners.
