Senior litigation operations role supporting the California managing attorney team for a leading international law firm. The role focuses on developing and maintaining best practices for electronic filing, docketing and procedural compliance across multiple California offices.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and processing court filings, performing procedural legal research, providing guidance on motion practice and service issues, handling e-filing via CM/ECF and state systems, monitoring active matters through court databases, and assisting with quality control of docket and calendar entries.

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active California bar membership required.
  • Familiarity with California state and federal court rules and procedures; CM/ECF and state e-filing experience.
  • Experience with docketing and calendaring systems (CourtAlert or equivalent) and court-research databases (PACER, Bloomberg Law, Westlaw).
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently under tight deadlines, and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Prior supervisory experience in a managing attorney or clerk’s office at a large law firm preferred.
