- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active California bar admission (or eligibility).
- Several years of focused experience in commercial real estate litigation, including lease and landlord‑tenant disputes; federal and state court experience preferred.
- Demonstrated litigation skills: drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, managing discovery, and courtroom advocacy.
- Strong project management, client communication, and mentoring abilities; able to manage multiple matters and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
