Counsel, Litigation — Los Angeles

Law firm seeking an experienced litigation counsel to join its downtown Los Angeles team. The role involves handling complex commercial litigation matters, appearing in court when required, and working closely with partners and associates on case strategy and client service.

The successful candidate will join a busy practice with a diverse docket across state and federal courts. This is a hands-on role offering significant courtroom exposure and responsibility for drafting pleadings, motions, and managing discovery and hearings.

• Admission to the California bar
• Several years of civil litigation experience at a law firm or in-house
• Strong oral advocacy, motion practice and legal writing skills
• Experience managing discovery and courtroom proceedings
