Join a national public sector contracts and procurement team as an Associate working on a broad range of procurement and commercial contract matters for public clients. This is a full-time, permanent role available in multiple UK offices with hybrid working and flexible arrangements.

You will advise public sector bodies on procurement strategy, draft procurement documentation (ITTs, specifications, notices), manage contracts and framework agreements through the contract lifecycle, and support on procurement challenges and related litigation. The role includes client-facing work, project management on time-sensitive matters, and involvement in business development and training.

Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered) with 2+ years PQE
Practical experience of UK public procurement law (Procurement Act 2023, Public Contracts Regulations 2015) and procurement processes
Strong contractual drafting and experience drafting/managing contracts, frameworks and call-offs
Familiarity with tendering procedures (open, restricted, negotiated, competitive dialogue) and procurement portals (e.g. Jaggaer, Proactis)
Commercial awareness, strong drafting, communication and organisational skills, and ability to manage competing deadlines
Collaborative team player, comfortable working across multiple offices and supporting junior fee-earners; interest in business development
