Apply in confidence →Growing AI practice seeking an associate with 2–4 years' experience to support a busy, multidisciplinary docket of AI-focused advisory, regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters. The role offers early client-facing responsibility and substantive work at the intersection of AI, regulation, and business.
Work will emphasize regulatory/advisory matters and support for corporate and technology transactions, together with litigation and regulatory investigation support as needed. Candidates with either a litigation background or strong corporate/transactional experience who want a mixed practice are encouraged to apply.
Position is open across multiple U.S. offices with hybrid work options; specific office and work-arrangement details will be confirmed at offer stage.
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 2–4 years of relevant experience (experience at an AmLaw 100/top-tier firm preferred)
- Experience advising on regulatory/advisory, corporate transactional, or litigation matters; openness to a mixed corporate/regulatory/litigation practice
- Excellent legal writing, research, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Admission or eligibility for admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
- Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technology; prior exposure to AI-related matters a plus
