Senior and junior associates are invited to join a global antitrust & competition team to focus on foreign direct investment (FDI) and related merger-control matters. The role involves advising on FDI clearance requirements worldwide, coordinating parallel FDI and merger-control proceedings, and supporting cross-border transactional teams.

The team regularly handles multi-jurisdictional filings, Phase II proceedings and contentious enforcement matters, and provides rapid-response support for dawn raids and government investigations. This position offers exposure to both advisory and litigation aspects of competition work in an international practice.

Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience (PQE)
Membership of an EU Bar (required)
Proven experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional FDI and merger-control analyses on cross-border transactions
Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment and the ability to work in fast-paced, international deal teams
Fluent English (working proficiency)
